Player Pathways

What's your goal?

It’s YOUR choice, it's all about commitment and mindset!

Both social and high performance/academy players involve a commitment to the club, to show up when expected, listen to instructions, try your best, be respectful of yourself and others, and act safely at all times.

We have a SKiLLS Training Program, separate to teams, for any players of any ability.

We also now have our Academy Program, separate to teams in, for High Performance mindset players.

We field teams and programs for the below:

We are are community club run by volunteers, therefore each team is required to fill a number of key roles to ensure the  teams are well supported and managed

  • Team Manager

  • Coach

  • First Aid

  • Kiosk Duty

  • Depending on team/league - Assistant Referee/Game Leader

We believe coaches play a vital role in fostering the development of players. Our TFC accredited coaches provide an exciting opportunity for young footballers to challenge themselves to reach their full potential and achieve goals! If you are interested in taking on a coaching role please email youthdevelopment@taroonafc.org
