We’re excited to invite you to a free, in-person Mental Health First Aid training course for accredited Good Sports Club members!
Darren Clark from Workplace Alive & Well Training will teach you how to provide initial support to other adults who may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis is resolved, using a practical, evidence-based Action Plan. This two-day course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals. Note: This Mental Health First Aid training course is not a therapy or a support group.
Spaces are limited and will be filled on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. To register your interest please contact Hugh Graham by email (hugh.graham@adf.org.au)
2 day Training Session: Wed 8th & Thurs 9th May, 10:00 am – 4:30 pm
