Why Team App?
Team App connects with members, players and key stakeholders. View and manage player availabilities. Communicate events and club functions and get instant attendance notifications.
Stack Team App offers a new level of professionalism to engage players, supporters, sponsors and key stakeholders.

OUR SKiLLS Training COMMUNICATION HUB FOR ALL YOUR INFORMATION – NOW AVAILABLE
Team App is our communication hub/portal for all our club's information and communication needs, sending instant push notifications to your smartphone, tablet or email.
We will send updates on training cancellations, new locations, news, create events, upload photos & videos, publish links to newsletters and much more. Our aim is to provide effective and timely communication with players, parents, coaches and our whole team community. Our content is shared securely and privately to our members. Our Team App can be viewed on any iPhone or Android device and on a computer.
TFC SKiLLS Training Program participants are required to use Team App as the communication portal.

TFC SKiLLS Training Program Process for communication:
1. Players and parents communicate directly to Coordinator
2. Coordinator directly to Parents and Coaches
Helpful Hints:
• Turn notifications ON
• Join Taroona FC (not Taroona Football Club)
• Request access to the Access Groups that relate to your child!
>Go to settings (the wheel)
> Access Groups
> Request Access.
• Fill out ALL details when you create your registration, including emergency details - if your child gets injured - coaches/managers can then call & message you from Team App.
We don't give out coach phone numbers, as some coaches are still underage and to ensure we are creating good member protection procedures.
Once you have joined – find the team that is relevant to you by going to settings and request access. You can (if we haven't already) set up a separate Youth/Child profile for the youth player. Ask TFC SKiLLS Training Program Manager about how to do that if you can't figure it out!
If you have any issues, please contact skills@taroonafc.org.

RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS
The first thing to do is make sure you have the latest version of Team App. Go to the App Store or Google Play and see if there is an update.

IPHONE AND IPAD USERS
There are a few things to try here.
Check you are not in "Do Not Disturb" mode
Sometimes, notification sounds, and alerts can be blocked by the "Do Not Disturb" settings.
Go to “Settings” on your home screen.
Select “Do Not Disturb”
Either turn off all options, or make sure that your scheduled “Do not disturb” times are not causing you not to see notifications.
Make sure Notifications are turned on in your phone settings
Please note that this process varies a little between versions of iOS.
Go back to “Settings” (from your home screen) and select “Notifications” Scroll down until you see “Team App”
Make sure that the “Alert Style” is set to either “Banners” or “Alerts”. While on that screen, also make sure you turn on all other options. Make sure Notifications are turned on in Team App
First, make sure that you are logged in to Team App on your phone. Assuming that is the case, follow these steps to make sure notifications are turned on.
Go to your Team App (i.e., select a team from the home screen). Inside of your Team App, click on the “Settings” in the top right. Make sure that you have “Notifications” turned on.
